Liz Bestic is an artist and printmaker based in Woodbridge on the Suffolk coast. She creates vibrant acrylic paintings and pastels inspired by Suffolk’s big skies.

Her prints are more muted reflecting the feel of the estuaries and the sea near her home. But it is not all the rural idyll. Other work has a much sharper edge from her urban roots and in response to world events, particularly the crisis in Darfur.
